My early formal education was in the navy<\/span>: warship engines and navigation. That period taught me discipline and clarity of thought.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Later I studied intercultural management<\/span> at the University of Bucharest. <\/span><\/p>\n

I am currently continuing my psychology<\/span> studies to become a fully certified psychotherapist, as I believe in the idea of keeping a ‘white belt’ mentality for life. <\/span><\/p>\n

I spent 14 years working in customer service, sales, and training, mostly in technology & services industries.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a soft skills trainer<\/span>, training manager<\/span>, and training academy project manager<\/span> in commercial divisions, I trained thousands of front-line employees on sales, customer service, and leadership. <\/span><\/p>\n
